Essay

The twin-screw extruder design and processing technology of the secondary combined polymers were improved. This provides further processing of waste, and improving the quality of manufactured products. A mathematical model of polymer melt flow in the zone of extrusion twin-screw extruder was designed. It is possible to determine the congestion zones, and to develop new die design for twin-screw extruder. The extrusion zone construction of twin-screw extruder for polymer blends processing was designed.
