Dissertation is sanctified to development and analysis of the oscillation setting with the apeak located causative agents of vibrations for making of reinforce-concrete rings. Conformities to law of motion of working organ of the oscillation setting are certain on the basis of account of cooperation of working organ and concrete mixture and influence of the apeak placed two causative agents of vibrations, efficiency of action of which is provided by displacement of phases between directions of external excitant forces. The new effects of co-operation of particles of concrete mixture are certain with a form, that consist in the decline of force of friction between the sides of form and concrete mixture, that accelerates the process of compression considerably. New analytical dependences are got for amplitudes of vibrations of the oscillation setting in horizontal and vertical planes and energy of the oscillation setting.
