The dissertation is devoted to research workflow system "shake table - concrete mix - the device additional pressure" for the changes and the influence of shear stresses on the sealing performance of concrete mixtures and to develop recommendations for the establishment of such machines. Developed an algorithm for calculating the mathematical model and an experiment to study this system. Performed case studies on definition of shear stress and their relation with the magnitude of the additional pressure. The time of good seal, taking into account these parameters. Proposed improvement of the drive device further pressure and prospective design plants with an additional unit of pressure.
