The thesis cover the fundamentals of interpretation of the domestic administrative law on the whole and its separate constituents. The concept "interpretation of legislation (law)", "interpretation of acts of administrative law" has been determined, the varieties of interpretation of the law according to certain criteria have been outlined, the correlation of interpretation with other contiguous legal concepts is analyzed, the definition "administrative law as an object of interpretation" is offered, the administrative and legal norm as a subject of interpretation is analyzed.
