Essay

In dissertation explored theoretical and practical questions of determination, normatively legal fixing and realization of administrative-legal status of worker of tax service. The concept of worker of tax service is formulated as an administrative legal subject. Legal nature, essence and features of administrative-legal status of worker of tax service and certainly his place and role, is exposed in administrative legal relationships. In work the degree of scientific development of problem of differentiating of concepts is analyzed "public servant" and "official person" and it is suggested to differentiate the indicated concepts on family and specific signs.
