Essay

Scientific-theoretical approaches to studying of a problem of vocational training of not hearing students on a specialty "the tooth technician" are considered in the dissertation. The dissertation is devoted to research of process of formation of professional work of the future not hearing tooth technicians taking into account specificity of the given category. Modeling features of vocational training of the younger stomatological personnel from those who are not hearing are studied (the USA, Canada, other) which provide two-level educational system with use of various programs. The structure-model of mastering by a trade in college which opens the maintenance of vocational training is developed, proved, approved and provides components: orientation to professional work which plays the leading role as a basis of identification of the person in the society; system of professionally necessary knowledge, doctrines and skills of the professional, production functions of the future not hearing tooth technician, and also - experience of professional creative activity. In the dissertation experience of a unique institution - the Kherson base medical college - the organization and the vocational training maintenance in it is investigated. The essential role of the interpreter of the gesture language is defined; his/her rights and duty on theoretical and a practical training are proved in this work. Parameters of the generated professional skill corresponding to low, average and high levels are studied. It is substantiated and proved, that not hearing students are capable to seize a specialty "the tooth technician" on the same level with hearing and to become competitive experts in the modern conditions of the market economy. Conditions and features of effective mastering by not hearing college students their professional knowledge, skills during vocational training in the conditions of college are defined.
