Work is devoted to the study of social adaptation of graduating students of professional technical educational establishments to the labour-market. Within the framework of complex approach scientific approaches are considered to the study of this phenomenon. The modern state of the system of trade technical education in different countries and Ukraine is analysed in particular. Classification of different systems of trade technical education is developed.
