Essay

The thesis describes the development and improvement of microcomputer tools of hearing screening of newborns based on the methods of recording the OAE and pediatric audiometry for the early detection of hearing impairment children. The new advanced mathematical model of the organ of hearing person, which takes into account the structural and physiological properties of the outer, middle and inner ear newborn child, which allowed the modeling of object of study and play procedure, the transmission and generation echoes the OAE. Designed, developed and experimentally validated metrological, methodological and instrumental software tools for registration of the OAE and pediatric audiometer, which is the basis for further work on the development and improvement in the Ukraine system of metrological support in this area. The complex of advanced microcomputer tools of recording the OAE and pediatric audiometry, implements the proposal the structure and create the prerequisites through hearing screening to address the problem of early diagnosis of hearing impairment in newborns.
