Galaburda N. Activity of militia concerning the use of measures of providing of realization in cases about administrative offences.

The Dissertation is devoted to the research of wide circle of legal problems of activity of militia in relation to application of measures of providing of realization in matters about administrative offences. Determination of concept is found out "measures of providing of realization in matters about administrative offences"; their classification is offered depending on essence, grounds of application and method of influence on an offender on general and special. Investigational legal grounds and order of application of general measures of providing of realization a militia: administrative occasion of person, administrative delivery and detention of person, personal review of person, review of its things, documents and their exception.
