OBJECT OF STUDY: biological properties of bifidobacteria: antagonistic activity, adhesive and immunomodulating properties, the sensitivity to antibiotics. OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY: To determine the properties of bifidobacteria, ak criteria for assessing the quality of probiotics based on their basis, the improvement of approaches to determining the state of human colonic microbiota in diagnostic praktike. METHODS:microbiological, biotechnology, statistics. THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL RESULTS: microecological proved the necessity of monitoring the population, showing the need to identify strains of Bifidobacterium by PCR and API testing, has developed new approaches to the criteria for assessing the quality of probiotic bifidosoderzhaschih drugs, selected strains of bifidobacteria with high biological activity, promising to create products, probiotics, created for the treatment and correction microbiocenoses human habitat and develop ways of obtaining them; developed a method of obtaining the drug for the treatment of and prevention of human infectious diseases. NOVELTY of the results of this study is that the author of: the first Ukraine defined range of species of bifidobacteria isolated from healthy people, it is shown that in the Kiev region among human bifidoflora recorded species: Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, showed that the most relevant pathogens of the gastro-intestinal and septic diseases in children are: Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus; first performed monitoring of species and set the sensitivity of strains of bifidobacteria to modern antibiotics, the first time, a comparative study of antagonistic activity of bifidobacteria isolated from humans and probiotic strains of bifidobacteria against circulating in the Kiev region, opportunistic and pathogenic microorganisms, it is proved that all the studied strains of bifidobacteria did not have sufficient antagonism to modern topical agents of nosocomial infections, however, inhibit the growth of "test-cultures" which are used for quality control bifidumbacterin ; developed and modified methods and criteria for quality control of production strains of beneficial biological characteristics of bifidobacteria: the possibility of standardization of methods of studying the adhesion on different models, first studied the ability of bifidobacteria to the induction of interferon in human leukocytes and the ability to act as adjuvants to create vaccine offered an improved and adapted methods of identifying and studying the properties of eubioticheskih bifidoflora to improve research microbiocenoses rights: the use of polymerase chain reaction determination of the enzyme glucose-6-phosphate fosfoketolazy, API testing, determination of antagonistic, adhesive properties and sensitivity to antibiotics; selected promising to create a drug-probiotics Bifidobacterium strains with high biological activity, developed a new method of immobilized on sorbents of probiotics for the correction microbiocenoses.
