Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to solving the problem of organization of research workers' labour payment in construction. An objective necessity is an improvement of the theoretical and methodical system of reforming the organization of labour payment and development of normative base in relation to the improvement of mechanism of organization of research workers' wages in construction depending on the estimation of final result and professionally business qualities of a worker. The method of organization of research workers' labour payment in construction is offered and factors of labour payment are taken into account depending on importance, complication, novelty and efficiency of scientific and scientific and technical elaboration in construction. Methodical approaches on forming scale of coefficients of correlations of research workers' post salaries are developed. Scientific degree and academic rank are taking into account as well. When the scale of interpost coefficients is built progressively regressive the most efficient approach is determined. The new levels of coefficients of post salaries which take into account the substantiated interpost difference and also possibility of receiving a reward as part of economic effect owning to adoption of scientific and technical production in construction are offered. Requirements to the personnel in qualifying descriptions of research workers' professions in construction are set and criteria: qualification, jurisdiction, skills, professionally labour standards are taken into account. The decision of question of labour payment will provide the personal interest of every worker in realization of reserves and possibilities to increase the results of individual and collective labour.
