The dissertation is devoted to actual problems of the development of organizational basics of process management of construction machinery in modern conditions with regard to internal and external factors of influence. Revealed indicators of performance properties machines that offered in as various criteria associated with inappropriately machines and the nature of their ongoing processes. Defined main factors affecting the wear parts and prefabricated units construction machinery, identifying their causes and evaluated their impact on economic and technological performance. The author developed methods of repair processes and rational distribution of spare parts and solved the problem of recovery of mechanization by modern provisions of the reliability theory of complex systems. Improved model of evaluation of operation of mechanized construction companies and funds made search for optimal fleet for a particular program works
