Essay

The materials are of studying the expansion of the eimeriosis of chickens in the farms of the Dnipropetrovsk Region with different technological ways of maintenance, growing and direction of the productivity. The extensiveness and intensity of the eimeriosis invasion depending on the season of the year and age of bird were determined; causative agent of the disease was studied. The use of the attenuated oocystis of the eimerias on their rapid development was offered for the specific prophylaxis of the eimeriosis of chickens. The method of getting the culture of the protozoa type of E. tenella with the brief endogens period of the development was worked out. The most effective and optimal doses of attenuated eimerias for immunization were found. It was experimentally proved that the culture, which was found, had an immunizing ability and protective properties by enteral use. The research was carried out to study the influence of the found culture on the morphological, bio-chemical, and immunological indexes of the blood of chickens, which were attenuated by the eimerias with the speed-up cycle of the development. Chickens had the increase of the general amount of leucocytes with the increase of the relative amount of the lymphocytes from which was the increase of the relative and absolute amount of T lymphocyte populations. At the same time, the increase of the general albumen and relative amount of its ? globulins faction was observed and the specific antibodies were established in low titles. The results were used in the development of the immunizing preparation for the specific prophylaxis of the eimeriosis (E. tenella) of chickens.
