Ivanova G. Forecasting and early diagnostics of an endometriosis at women with barreness.

Scientific work is devoted increase of a forecasting effectiveness and early diagnostics of an endometriosis at women with barreness on the basis of studying anamnesise, clinical and laboratory changes, and also algorithm working out forecasting and diagnostic actions. The role genital endometriosis in genesise of various forms of female barreness is studied, and prevalence of secondary barreness in comparison with first is shown. Are studied comparative aspect of age, formation menstrual functions, the beginnings and frequencies of the sexual life, the burdened reproductive anamnesis, the contraceptive behaviour, the accompanying somatic disease, the transferred gynecologic operations at patients with barreness and genital an endometriosis. The most informative risk factors of development are shown genital endometriosis and infringements of reproductive function of patients with barreness. Are studied comparative aspects frequencies and structures the basic anamnesise given and clinical symptoms at patients with genital endometriosis. Necessity of studying of major factors of risk is shown, and also the algorithm of their estimation in the presence of barreness in a combination with genital endometriosis is offered. The algorithm forecasting actions for increase of efficiency of early diagnostics genital endometriosis at patients with barreness on the basis of test table use major factors is offered. It allows to bring in due time an attention to the question on the beginning of use of treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
