Essay

Thesis deals with solution of lower frequency of abruption placenta with regard to the role of inherited abnormalities of connective tissue and infectious agents, by exposure to preconception in preparation and during pregnancy. Clinical and epidemiological study, which allowed the frequency premature of abruption placenta set at 4,1 %, to define this pathology as a result of the interaction of deterministic features of hereditary connective tissue and acquired processes (infection), to prove the value of socio-demographic characteristics, burdened by family and reproductive history in the risk factors. As a result of a complex examination of women, functional and morphological study of uterine-placental complex, it is shown that intrauterine infection on the background of urogenital syndromes non-inflammatory and inflammatory diseases with latent, acts as a suppressed factor that potentiates innate "weakness" in the formation of connective tissue high risk. Role of infectious diseases is more significant in the development premature of abruption placenta during pregnancy than in delivery. Substantiated and proposed preventive strategy applied to prevent premature of abruption placenta dysplasia of the position of connective tissue - associated risk, which is essentially the application of measures anti-infection accompanied in preconception and angioprotektors in the third trimester, thus reducing the frequency of premature of abruption placenta.
