Оbject - public relations, which appear during a conclusion, implementation and stopping of action of administrative agreement in activity of bodies of state tax service of Ukraine (farther – bodies of STS of Ukraine); purpose – on the basis of achievements of science of administrative and financial law, current legislation of Ukraine, and also generalizations of practice of his application to carry out the analysis of theoretical principles and legal adjusting of questions, related to application of administrative agreement in activity of bodies of STS of Ukraine; methods – analysis of the systems, structurally functional, comparatively legal, system structural, system functional, організаційно-правовий; novelty – in the first time the complex analysis of application of administrative agreement is carried out in activity of bodies of STS of Ukraine and certainly ways of increase of efficiency of his application; a concept and types of administrative agreements in activity of bodies of STS of Ukraine and procedure of their conclusion is specified; results – the thesis material may be used in the scientific, law creative, law applicable spheres and educational process..
