Essay

The objects are the social and communication conditions of modern political system's transformation. The aim is to study the properties of advertising as a factor of democratic transformations in contemporary Ukraine. The methods are socio-philosophical, comparative-historical, socio-cultural, institutional, structural and functional. Dissertation is focused on exposing social and political content of advertising, its technological and organizational features as facilities of influence on political institutes and processes, attention is payed to the possibilities of purposeful communication influence on the positive result of democratic reforms. The typical features of advertising activity and advertising product in post-soviet states and in modern Ukraine are marked. The ways of development of mediapolitical space as structural basis of forming of publicity market and distribution of incomes from advertising products are indicated. The causal after-effect connection between political communication system and public activity in transitional countries and nowadays Ukraine is defined. Application spheres are the training courses, advertising and public relations.
