Increase levels of the inflammation markers and apoB, heterogenity of repolarization, sympathicotonia, myocardial dysfunction with the increase of Tei-index in patients with acute infarction of myocard has shown in 135 patients. Changes were more prominent in patients with systolic dysfunction and without thrombolysis. The elevation of indexes is associated with an risk of complications. The pleyotropic properties of Atorvastatin 40 mg/day (А40) is higher than of Simvastatin 40 mg (S40) and are comparable with S80. A40 is better compared with S80 (without thrombolysis). A40 recommends for practical use.
