Kriss A. Clinical and laboratory ground of application of interferon genesis therapy in complex treatment of generalized parodontitis

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of scientific task - study of features of interferon genesis and character of immune violations actual in a theoretical and practical plan in forming of features of basic clinical indexes of generalized parodontitis. Оn the basis of multi factors researches no of the same type character of changes in functioning the system of interferon at the patients of generalized parodontitis in the phase of chronic and strained display of pathological process in parodont is set, that inclusion in complex therapy of disease of preparations with a different modulating and interferon inductor properties or their combinations. Proved expedience of combination of local and system interferon therapy cyklopheronum in complex treatment of chronic to the generalized parodontitis I-II degree of weight, that is instrumental in rapid reduction of clinical signs of illness, diminishment of frequency of relapses and clinical and X - ray stabilization of process in parodont on a background the dynamic removal of common immunological disorders and renewal of normal parameters of local immunity. The use of system immunity modulate therapy of cyklopheronum in standard and diminished twice doses is accompanied by identical clinical and laboratory efficiency. At the strained flow of generalized parodontitis combined setting of Vyferonum and cyklopheronum, and also laferonum and polyoxydonium allows to remove the deficit of humoral and cellular immunity and the same substantially to promote efficiency of therapy.
