Dissertation studies complex diagnostic and treatment patients with hypertensive discirculative encephalopathy (HDE), at depends polymorphal variants А1166С gens angiotensine II receptor 1 type. At patient we received this results: genotype АА - at 21%, genotype АС - at 56%, genotype СС - at 23% patients. To confirm ways of gen polymor-physmus angiotensine II receptor 1 type with genetics at HDE: genotype CC appear at patients with hy-pertensive and stroke at both parents. It is shown, that for the patients with allel C character of disease is more express manifestations and has more subjective clinical symptoms and patological changes at neurological status. Thus, appear genotype C influence on the serious hypertensive dyscirculative encephalopathy. To discuss that at the patients with allel С was disturbances regulation of vessels tone. It was demonstrate that using of candesartan in complex therapy of hypertensive encephalopathy II grade has more positive effects on cerebral hemodynamics at patients with CC-genotype.
