Linnik G. Administrative law regulation of informational security of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and administrative law problems of informational security of Ukraine. In-process certainly such concepts, as national safety, informative safety, administrative law of informational security, principles of the administrative law adjusting of informational security. Thought is well-proven about the tactlessness of equation of informational security of man and informational security of the state. International standards are analyzed in this sphere and certainly basic problems and directions of their adaptation by Ukraine. With the purpose of subsequent perfection of national legislation and practice of his application suggestions are formulated in relation to the ways of increase of efficiency of the administrative law adjusting of informational security of Ukraine.
