The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the principles of the state-legal regulation of the financial intermediaries' activity in the equity market. The concept, principles and legal status of the financial intermediaries in the equity market is determined. The place of the financial intermediaries in the financial system of the state is defined and the characteristics of their state-legal regulation are disclosed. The conclusions, propositions and recommendations concerning the effectiveness increase of the state-legal regulation of the financial intermediaries' activity in the equity market are given in the work. The dissertation divulges the complex of the theoretical-methodological and practical questions concerning the guidelines of the further development of the national legislation in the state-legal regulation of the financial intermediaries' activity in the equity market sphere.
