The thesis is based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific sources, domestic laws in force and presents peculiarities of administrative-legal regulation of financial monitoring of insurance activity; the thesis also specifies and generalizes and organizational basis for the activity of public bodies concerning regulative influence on the subjects of insurance legal relations as for financial monitoring; specific forms and methods of administrative-legal regulation of financial monitoring of insurance activity; the work also gives propositions concerning improvement of legal acts in force in this sphere as well as ways of their application.
