Masters thesis theare fical methotical statements and practical recommendation concerning improvement of marketing activity of the milk processing undertaking. It was inrestigated the evolution of couseptual basis of the formation of the system of management of the marketing activity peculiarities of marketing of the activity of milkprocessing undertaking. The analysis of real methodical approaches was made as the classification of the notion marketing and marketing activity. The essence of all these phenomena wasuveled and the system of figures and methodical approaches in order to defermine the effectiveness of marketing activity of milk processing undertaking was estimated. Economical analysis of todays state and fendencies of development of milk production in Lviv region. Was carried out and the consumers demaud at the regional market was cracferised. The valuation of direcfious of marketing activity of milkprocessing plants was held. As far as main directions of improved systems of management were clearly defined exactey the formation of organizet ensuring of marketing activity the strategy of marketing was defined and the ways of absolute assortement and sales policy of undertaking were denofed.
