Essay

The thesis discovers the essence of the effect category, efficiency, use. It shows up and systematizes factors defining the efficiency level at meat poultry enterprises. The author has analyzed the actual state of meat poultry enterprises functioning. He has analyzed the factors which had the impact on the efficiency and has proposed the ways of its improvement. He has compared the value of imported and native poultry slaughter products. The measures for the strategic development of poultry enterprises have been justified. They are, in poultry feeding: the use of modern tools for diet balancing, respecting the quality standards for slaughter products; the rate setting of electricity, water and heat charges by implementation of justified consumption norms; the separate and floor management of broiler breeding. The author has elaborated the technical and economic justification of poultry faeces management by constructing bio-gaz installation, champignons growing, vermicuture production. He proposed the approaches for the improving of meat poultry enterprises marketing activity by the development of firm trade and wholesale distributive centers, the implementation of SCM logistic concept.
