Dissertation is devoted to complex theoretical research of legal safeguard of brand as difficult mean of individualization of participants of civil circulation, goods and services. Determination is given to brand as difficult legal mean of individualization of participants of civil circulation, goods and services. The objects of intellectual property are described, that can come forward the basic and additional components of brand and mode of their legal safeguard. The signs of brand are certain as mean of individualization. The special attention is spared to description of legal relationships which arise up at acquisition of rights to the use of brand. The subjects of legal relationships which take part in creation of brand or separate his component elements are described. A question is certain about the object of these legal relationships, their maintenance. The grounds of origin, change and stopping of rights are exposed to brand.
