Essay

Research object: processes of hydrodynamics and mass transfer on the combined pin device (CPD) in a columnar vehicle. Research aim: establishment of hydrodynamic and kinetic conformities to law, that flow on failure piattis with application of regular attachments, and creation perspective, reliable high-efficiency energy- and economy of resources equipment. Research methods: At implementation of dissertation work attracted the modern physical and physical and chemical methods of analysis. A physical experiment is conducted by experimental researches of hydrodynamic and mass transfer descriptions on a laboratory model from CPD. In the process of experimental researches the methods of visual supervision of behavior of the gas-liquid system were used inwardly CPD, determination of hydrodynamic descriptions of gas and liquid by the methods of the instrumental measuring, methods of physical and chemical analysis are for quality and quantitative composition of mixtures. Graphic interpretation and statistical treatment of results of researches was conducted with application of methods of mathematical statistics with application of programmatic package of Statistica. Theoretical and practical results: For chemical industry recommendations are reasonable in relation to the improvement of construction of columnar vehicles with the use of the new combined devices. Scientific novelty: it is first set conformity to law of hydrodynamic and mass transfer processes of absorption of ammonia and dioxide of carbon in a columnar vehicle with the use of CPD for absorption of gas extrass of soda production; first found out existence of zones of the gas-liquid system :start gas streams, forming of turbulization in attachment at a wring and turbulence of gas-liquid layer, homogeneous highly turbulization foam, sparks in CPD; functional dependences of height of foamy layer, hydrodynamic resistance of pin degree are got, coefficient of masstransfer for the calculation of basic operating parameters of the investigated construction of columnar vehicle from ККУ; on the basis of the got empiric dependences scientifically reasonable methodology of calculation of columnar vehicle is offered with the use of ККУ. It is worked out and protected by the patent of Ukraine construction of columnar masstransfer vehicle with the use of the combined pin device (№73238 C2 UA IPC (2005) В01 D47/04.), that allows to provide work of vehicle in the foamy mode at the increase of efficiency of masstransfer at the comparatively insignificant increase of hydraulic resistance. Degree of introduction: results of experimental researches, that is presented as graphic dependences, regressive equalizations and methodology of calculation of columnar masstransfer vehicle and constructions of the new combined pin devices it is passed for introduction in the State research and project institute of basic chemistry of "NIOCHIM", where used during planning of new masstransfer equipment for absorption of gas extrass of soda production. Job performances are used on the department of chemical technique and industrial ecology of NTU "KPI" at teaching of the special disciplines, in the course and diploma planning after speciality 6.070220 is "Equipment of chemical productions and enterprises of build materials", 6.070221 is "Equipment of processing and food productions".
