Morohovska U. Development of motivational aspects of professional self-determination of future psychologists

Dissertation is dedicated to research of development of motivational aspects of professional self-determination of future psychologists during professional education. The paper provides analysis of scientific theoretical concepts and approaches to problem of self-determination. Different motivational aspects of self-determination are investigated: motives, values, meaning, image of profession, self-image in profession. Recent researches in defined area are analyzed and key aspects of self-determination of students-psychologists are defined. Conceptual model of self-determination is developed. Empirical research of motivational aspects of professional self-determination of students-psychologists was completed and based on research empirical model of these changes is presented. Program of forming new professional meanings was put into practice and proved positive changes of motivational aspects of professional self-determination of students-psychologists.
