An object is public relations which arise up in the process of forming of euroregional territories in Ukraine; an aim is generalization of theoretical approaches of home and western scientists to the questions of European integration, scientifically to ground the ways of optimization of state administration the euroregional territories formed with participation of Ukraine; methods - historical, system, method of system-structural analysis, comparatively-geographical method, method of statistical analysis; a scientific novelty is a ground of improvement of state administration a transfrontal collaboration in the conditions of forming of the European regions in Ukraine; results - theoretical generalization over and new decision of scientific task of state administration are brought by a transfrontal collaboration in the conditions of forming of euroregional territories in Ukraine.
