Investigation object . Alternative splays-forms of mRNA 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/frustose-2,6-bisphosphatase-2 (PFKFB-2) and genes of casein kinase-1e, SNARK, PER1, PER2, CLOCK, BMAL1B, PFKFB-2 of rats. The aim - investigation of the molecular basis for the effects silver nanoparticles on the organism, the mechanisms of its effects on the expression of the mRNA of circadian genes, casein kinase-1e, SNARK and PFKFB-2 in various rat organs. The methods - biochemical and molecular biological. Novelty of investigation - for the first time was shown that the expression of caseinkinase-1 , BMal1, Per1, Per2 and Clock significantly destroyed in the different organs of rats, treated with silver nanoparticles; it was shown that silver nanoparticles significantly affects on the expression of PFKFB-2 mRNA on alternative splicing level in different vital organs. Degree of application - scientific and educational institutions with medicobiological specialization.
