Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of contact interaction of elastic solids of complex forms and the system of hard dies under classical and specified conditions of contact accounting for the forces of friction. The general algorithm for the solution of the given problem has been defined. It is based on the methods of integral equations and quadratic programming. The contact stresses under dies of different forms which are interacting with the half surface or zone on the basis of classical linear specified and general nonlinear conditions of the contact have been studied. The efficiency of the proposed methods for some zones of contact has been analyzed. The integral equations for the interaction of dies with the boundaries of openings of unspecified form by means of the method of conform reflection have been built. The investigation of contact stresses in the plate with elliptical and quadratic openings for dies of complex form has been examined. The method is developed for the disposition of contact stresses in the case of a great number of contact zones has been modified. Its total length is less than the whole contact zone where the contact stresses in roller bearings has been investigated. An engineering method for the investigation of contact stresses for the dies and a base with wave boundaries has been proposed.
