Dissertation focuses on improving of methods of diagnosis and normalization of adaptive capacities of preschool children based on the study of individual characteristics and determine the most informative of functional state of the body. Heterogeneity of preschooler’s who attend preschool education was installed as the parameters of physiological indicators, quality of nonspecific adaptive responses and for semiotic diseases. Risk factors of disadaptation manifestations in children in this age group are the inadequate nature of feeding at an early age, raised parameters of physical development, sensory-planning type of psychological features of the child's personality, violation of systolic heart, increased influence of the sympathetic part of vegetative homeostasis that is manifested in high rates of heart rate and blood pressure, poor quality of response of the cardiovascular system to dosed physical load. Significant proportion (19,3%) preschool age children with symptoms of hyperactivity was determined. Low opportunities of cardiovascular system were diagnosed in this group of children. The algorithm for prediction of adaptation disorders in children, taking into account individual-typological characteristics of the organism was offered, the level of maladjustment in children was determined also. The differential correction method of maladjustment in children, depending on its level and the presence of manifestations of hyperactivity was represented.
