Vishnevska J. The administrative and legal ensuring measures of the tourist activity in the sphere of rural tourism in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted complex research of theoretical and practical problems of adjusting of tourist activity in the field of rural tourism in Ukraine. The concept vehicle of tourism and rural tourism is separately considered in-process, a role and value of rural tourism is investigational in tourist activity of Ukraine, features and blanks are reflected in the legal providing of rural tourism, and also the problems of certification, standardization and licensing of separate types of services which are given in this sphere, are analysed and exposed basic ways of introduction in the national legal mechanism of European experience from organization of rural tourism. On the basis of the detailed analysis of public tourist policy in the countries of Europe, and especially to France, certainly basic mechanisms of government control of tourism. Consisting of state support of development of tourism is reflected of Ukraine and ways are offered decision of problems of tourist industry.
