Rybachok V. Rybachok. Procedure of notarial certification of mortgage agreement: history and contemporaneity.

A complex research of the mechanism of execution of mortgage agreements and the role of notary in it, features and problems of notarial certification of mortgage agreements is carried out in the dissertation. The principal stages of establishment of procedure of execution of mortgage agreements are determined, their historical and legal treatment is made, the form of mortgage agreement is found out, the objects that can appear a subject matter of mortgage agreement are determined, the subjective and objective terms of notarial realization of certification of mortgage agreement are exposed. The suggestions in relation to improvement of existing procedure of notarial certification of mortgage agreements and recommendations to notaries with the aim of development of unified notarial practice are worked out.
