Durjagin I. Optimisation of diagnostics and treatment of women with hyperplastic processes of endometrium in perimenopausal period.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency conservative to therapy hyperplastic processes endometrium on the basis of studying ehografical, endocrinological, biochemical and morphological changes, and also working out algorithm of various methods of use hormonal and antigomotoxical therapies. Structurally functional and molecular mechanisms of hyperplastic processes at women in perimenopausal on the basis of a complex immunigystochimecal researches are studied. On the basis of studying of activity of markers apoptosise and proliferative activity (Ki67, р27, р53 and cyclin), receptors device of a kernel of a cage and stroma data about patogenesiseе hyperplastic processes of endometrium are expanded. It has allowed to improve algorithm of the treatment-and-prophylactic and diagnostic actions directed on improvement of outcomes of treatment of various forms of hyperplastic processes of endometrium in perimenopausal period on the basis of the differentiated choice of a method of treatment. Comparative aspects of clinical semiology, adverse risk factors of various forms of hyperplastic processes of endometrium in perimenopausal period are presented. The established features receptors the status of endometrium at these patients explain selective efficiency of hormonal therapy depending on concentration of receptors of an estrogen and a progesterone. The received results have allowed to develop and introduce in practice algorithm of diagnostics and treatment of hyperplastic processes of endometrium at patients in perimenopausal period.
