Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive health of women with repeated extra-uterine pregnancy on the basis of studying clinical-functional and laboratory features, and also working out of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Influence of repeated extra-uterine pregnancy on a condition reproductive health of women is studied. Defined the basic differences of a clinical current and operative treatment of the first and repeated extra-uterine pregnancy . The role of a chronic infection of bodies of a small basin in genes is shown the first and repeated extra-uterine pregnancy . The most informative risk factors of development of the first and repeated extra-uterine беременности are defined.
