Dissertation is devoted to research of deals, the object of which the real estate is and which are subject to state registration in procedure provided by law. The basic questions which are covered in research are: the decision of legal nature of immovable things, conducting of analysis of institution of state registration of deals with the real estate and rights on it, and also state registration of the real estate, description of specific deals which are subject to state registration and means of defence of rights of its subjects. Notion of the real estate is formulated in dissertation, the analysis of norms of legislation of foreign countries which regulate the relations concerning the real estate is conducted. The institution of state registration is analyzed, its basic functions and features are certain, and also suggestions on perfection of norms which it is well-regulated to are produced. The deep analysis of deals which are subject to state registration and the subsequent methods of perfection of native legislation in this sphere is also conducted in dissertation. A candidate for a degree also offers the number of scientific and legislative suggestions on perfection of mechanism of defence of rights and legal interests of parties of deals, which are subject to state registration, and also creation of additional legal guarantees of providing of rights of persons, in the field of civil circulation of the real estate.
