Skuryatina N. Prevention and correction of reproductive function disorders in women with urogenital infection.

The thesis is devoted to the urgent problem - study of the reasons of reproductive disorders in women with urogenital infection, improvement of methods of correction and prevention of these disorders for successful pregnancy onset and outcome. Our studies evidenced that the risk of development of reproductive disorders arise in 60.6 % women with urogenital infections. The most common reproductive disorders were loss of pregnancy and infertility. The intracellular agents such as chlamydia, ureaplasma, mycoplasma were found in women with reproductive disorders. The use of staged therapy of urogenital infections and correction of immunological status in women with reproductive disorders using immunomodulatory agent sodium aminodihydrophthalazindion allow to increase efficiency of urogenital infection treatment by 23,4 %, to achieve 1,6-fold pregnancy onset rates.
