Shterma T. The Nonmaterial Motivation of the Personnel of Agricultural Enterprises.

A research aim is deepening of theoretic and methodological principles of motivation as a key function of management and development of suggestions in relation to introduction and improvement of non-material motivation of personnel in agricultural enterprises. A research object is a process of non-material motivation of personnel in the agricultural enterprises of the Chernivtsi area. Research methods: abstractly-logical, economic and statistical, method of economic and mathematical design. Theoretical results: development of suggestions and recommendations in relation to the motivational providing of agricultural enterprises. Practical results: the results of researches are sent to the practical decision of problems of the motivational providing of agricultural enterprises, determination of basic directions of development of constituents of non-material motivation of personnel and systematization of their functioning. Scientific novelty: approach of the systems is offered to realization of motivation of personnel of agricultural enterprises, sent to the achievement of sinergistical effect from combination and addition of facilities of material and non-material motivation, and also methodical going near the calculation of the marked effect. Degree of introduction : the results of the conducted research are applied by Main administration of agroindustrial development of Chernivtsi regional state administration, agricultural enterprises, and in the educational process of the Bukovyna university. Efficiency: research results will assist the improvement of material and non-material motivation. Sphere of the use : central and local organs of executive power, organs of local self-government, higher educational establishments, agricultural enterprises.
