The problems of definition and justification of technology - organizational models effective use of tower cranes in view of trends in modern building complex of Ukraine. Installed and evaluated different types of construction cranes a number of known manufacturers and the conditions of their application. The criteria of optimal use of tower cranes and sets of machines, working with cranes, used a statistical model and the model of multiobjective optimization problem.
