Anisimova O. Economic efficiency of production of food chicken eggs in agriculture enterprises

Object of research: formation of the economic efficiency of egg production in the agricultural enterprises. Goal of research:study of theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for improving the economic efficiency of food eggs. In the course of researching the following methods were used: abstract-logical, monographic, economic and statistical, graphical, the method of groupings, the correlation-regression modeling, constructive. Results of research: the theoretical and methodical bases of efficiency in poultry farming of egg direction of production are considered in the dissertation, the system of indicators of economic efficiency of production of eggs is proved, is analyzed world and domestic tendencies of development of egg poultry farming. The condition and structural shifts in development of egg poultry farming is investigated and possibilities of development of branch in different categories of enterprises are defined, the fundamental tendencies and nowadays situation of economic efficiency of production of food eggs are analyzed. The estimation of influence of level of intensity, concentration and specialization of production on economic efficiency of realization of hens eggs is carried out, the factors of improvement of quality of food eggs are found out, the expediency of partial use of the whole grain of cereals in feeding of layers is proved, efficiency of processing of a chicken dung on biogas is defined.
