The investigation of scientific problems of pathogenetic treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis by cholecystokinin-depth research products, inkretornyh disorders of the pancreas and the adequate amount of surgical intervention. The considerable part of patients with acute biliary pancreatitis without anamnestic and clinical data for choledocholithiasis. The features of cholecystokinin concentrations in serum and found a strong direct correlation with clinical and biochemical manifestations of this disease. The positive trend towards normalization of cholecystokinin, clinical and biochemical changes after laparoscopic cholecystectomy performed. Established that in acute biliary pancreatitis in the absence of choledocholithiasis not shown a surgical revision and drainage of common bile duct, and the optimal sufficient volume of surgery is laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Found that acute biliary pancreatitis is delayed insulin response from 3 to 5 minutes, duration of which has diagnostic value.In the treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis by appropriate application offunctional-cholecystokinin antagonists, including verapamil in a dose of 2,5 mg kg -1.
