The dissertation is devoted to the developing of method and information technologies of herbal medicines selection to restore disturbed equilibrium of the human organism. This was analyzed сurrent approaches to the rational choice of herbal medicines and decision support in forming therapeutic and preventive measures. In the first is developed a mathematical model and method, take into account individual characteristics of the patient, the pharmacological properties of the herbal medicines impact on the patient and their pharmacological interaction. Information technology of therapeutic and preventive measures to restore the disturbed equilibrium of the human body was proposed and implemented in an phytotherapeutist’s automatized workplace.
