Dissertation is devoted to establishment of physics of wave processes in multilinked quasi-optical structures, on the basis of which recommendations for using best performances of multilinked quasi-optical structures stimulation in practical systems of microwave frequency are given. As a result of researches, which include theoretical analysis, computer and experimental modelling of physics of wave processes in multilinked quasi-optical systems, the questions concerning widening of functional opportunities of broad class resonant and waveguide quasi-optical systems with millimeter and submillimetric wave band were decided.
