Essay

These thesis is dedicated to the improvement of the infusion and transfusion support's therapy in ITP patients, undergoing the splenectomy, which is the actual problem of Hematology and Transfusiology. It was defined that hidden hypovolemia takes place in ITP patients. In thesis, dependently of hypovolemia's degree, the tactic of using the infusion's and transfysion's solutions and some kinds of a anesthetic support was developed. Suggested treatment's tactics allows to correct hypovolemia and limits the donor's blood transfusion, and, in some cases, to reject such procedure at all.
