Gavrik R. Legal Validity of Judgments in Civil Cases

The conception of the legal validity of judgments in civil cases was developed in the thesis. The contents, conditions and legal consequences of legal validity of decisions, its objective and subjective limits has been defined, the correlation of the legal validity, invariability, irrefutability and exclusiveness of judgments in civil cases, entry into the legal validity by the writs, decrees to close of court proceeding, to refusal to open of court proceeding and decrees, that established the facts. The legal peculiarities of legal force of judgments, adopted by courts of appeal, cassation courts and the Supreme Court of Ukraine. Different approaches to the nature and content of legal force of judgments in civil cases, entering the legal validity by the judgments of certain types and forms, on the grounds of which concrete proposals for improvement of the Civil Procedure Law have been put forward
