The dissertation is devoted to the Complex Research of theoretical and practical questions concerning the legal forms of the state enterprise under modern conditions in Ukraine. The investigational legal position of state enterprises is according to the current legislation of Ukraine. The developed and formulated signs and concepts of state menage, any state enterprise as well as public enterprise, corporate state enterprise and state stock association have been investigated and analyzed in the dissertation. The necessity of the adoption of the Ukraine Act "About the State joint-stock Companies" and the Law of Ukraine "About the State Unitary Enterprises" has been proved
