Oplachko L. Legal regulation of credit relations contracts

Dissertation is independent completed scientific research where the problems in legal regulation of credit relations contacts according to the Law of Ukraine are risen up. There is detailed evolution of establishment and development of in legal regulation of credit relations contacts considered. There are marked out the stages in the mechanism of legal regulation of credit relations contacts which are the following: 1) stage of forming and acceptance of the rules of behavior; 2) stage of occurring of the rights and responsibilities; 3) stage of realization norm of law; 4) stage of proceeding for application of enforcement measures. In the dissertation there is analysis of the notion of credit contract and its legal nature, its legal content and the preparation procedure have been studied as well. Significant part has been dedicated to peculiarities of imperative and self-regulating mechanism of legal regulation of credit relations contacts. On the basement of research there have been made theoretical conclusions and also practical recommendations for improvement of actual Civil Code of Ukraine and its practice for application towards credit relations contacts
