The thesis proves that changes in platelets hemostasis, lipid spectrum, glomerular filtration, central and intracardiac hemodynamics are observed in patients with hypertension that indicates subclinical organs damage: heart, kidneys, brain, blood vessels, and expression of these changes increases with the degree of additional cardiovascular risk. Risk factors for cardiovascular complications were defined in patients with hypertension of low additional risk within 5 years. The criteria of adverse course of the disease on a SCORE scale in hypertensive patients low additional risk were supplemented by our own - the value of end-systolic volume, blood flow velocity in middle cerebral artery, the degree of epinephrine - induced platelets aggregation. The presence of bisoprolol desaggregative properties was determined. It was proved that bisoprolol therapy in patients with hypertension has advantages over eprosartan therapy as it provides better control over heart rate, suppresses epinephrine - induced platelets aggregation more effectively. Both medicines make possible to achieve the target level of blood pressure without cerebral blood flow reduction.
