Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the complexities in civil lawsuits arising from legal land transactions and relationships. The author has examined the concept behind such legal actions, the elements of the suit, the types of litigation, legal issues concerning bringing the action, the various substantive claims, and injunctive relief. As a result of the research conclusions are drawn to serve as the basis to improve the relevant case law and current legislation.
